30-Day Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery on all jewelry purchased from us. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as faulty clasps, broken chains, or defects in workmanship that occur under normal wear.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@lablancus.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and determine whether the item qualifies for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing, fading, or plating wear over time

  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or improper care

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or impact

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

Jewelry is inherently delicate. Even well-made pieces fail quickly when treated casually, and this warranty does not extend to damage caused by everyday neglect.
